By accessing and using StationLM ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StationLM is a B2B podcast monitoring and analysis platform that provides:

  • AI-powered semantic search across podcast episodes
  • Automated transcription and analysis of podcast content
  • Monitoring and alerts for followed podcast shows
  • Business intelligence derived from podcast conversations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Plans

We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans. Each plan has specific usage limits and features as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $50/month
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content
  • Resell or redistribute Service content without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to spam or harass others

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Service Content

Podcast episodes are the property of their respective creators. Analysis, insights, and derived data generated by StationLM are owned by StationLM.

6.2 User Rights

Subscribers have a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use analysis data for their internal business purposes during their subscription period.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or experience downtime without notice.

8.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of podcast content or third-party data

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StationLM from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
